"The key fundamental concepts and rules about how I play blackjack (and remember you do not need to card count or be a mathematical genius – these are rules that anyone can follow). These are the rules real professionals use."

"I am offering you the VERY SAME blackjack strategies that I and my professional blackjack player friends use to take millions from casino tables throughout the world each and every year. "

"Or make the smart move and begin playing professional blackjack today by
    ordering now!
    "

Absolutely astounding that people actually fall for these schemes.

BTW, would like to introduce all to my new site, magicbeans.com . Authentic testimonials from Jack, the Cow and the Giant available upon request.

I thought it might be a fraud as it said no counting required. Is there any no-count system that gives you an advantage over the house no matter that its smaller than a count system?

Short anser, no. Long answer, if you can find a very low house edge game (maybe under .33?) that comps well, and you can get rated at higher than your actual betting level, then theoretically you might have a small margin.
But if you're going to go through the effort of learning how to actually do that, and if you have the ability to calculate an 18% tip, then you may as well learn to count or just forget about it IMO.

It sounds like you are best advised to follow your own advice and "forget about it."
