Will there ever be a 3rd edition of the book? If so, I'd like to have a 4D exit strategy as well as complete indices for 1,2,4,6,and 8D with Soft Standing, Soft Doubling, Splitting (both DAS and noDAS), and ES. I know the gain from using these indices are quite meager, but many KO users out there would like a scientifically complete system, including myself.

Get software, such as CV Data, or SBA, and customize and generate all of the indices yourself. My prediction is that you'll have your complete sets LONG before you'll ever get them from Ken or Olaf.

In fact, if you're motivated, you could literally have them all by tomorrow!
