I will sell my copy for $100.00. It has a small brown coffee stain lower rear cover that did not even wrinkle or soak through to the inside. The book is otherwise in excellent shape. No problems with the rest of the cover and the inside is perfect.

I am a reliable seller. I am a Don's domain member. I am a family physician in South Carolina. I will send the book to Bettie and you can pay whatever fee she wants to serve as middle man. I wnat a full $100.00 though.
