Caught that episode. It showed how a crooked operator of the table could find a way to cheat the casino. The plot point was a bit of a stretch, but the episode ended with the casino guys loading the mindplay table onto a truck.
I still say that any computer driven device can and will be hacked. When that happens to mindplay, the casinos are in for a nightmare.

Jack Fate: For what it's worth....
I played at a mindplay table on my recent trip. Every table in the place was set up with it. They had 2 bj tables open (no players) and two 3 card pokers which were full. They do their best to hide the discards in a slot in the table and the shoe has a cover on it so you can't see it either unless you park at first base, which I did. At first base you can look straight down into the shoe. They forgot one thing, less than one deck cut off (6 deck game).I played only one shoe, got some nice counts, spread 12-1, and got'em for 170 bucks.

I played on it in Aruba recently. Quite interesting.
You can see my posts on it going back to Jan. on Don's Domain.
When I saw it on Vegas monday night, it looked like any other BJ table. But, in person it is noticeably different.
Good cards,
Hollywood
