    Here are three realistic possibilities:

1 - You form a team with competent people you know, trust and with whom you would not mind working.

    2 - They find you.

3 - You meet a fellow counter in a casino and, in time, form a business relationship. Perhaps this counter could already be a member of a team and bring you in. This is not a suggestion to go introducing yourself to every counter you run across, but sometimes you will meet one through a chance encounter.

Before you go gung-ho into trying to get on board with a team, you should realize there are many pitfalls. First, there are more than a few unsavory characters in the world of advantage gambling. Getting ripped-off or otherwise inconvenienced by these types is a real possibility for people who are not very careful. Be doubly cautious about meeting people online. Also, many people will claim to be great but, when the chips are on the line, they just aren't competent. Try to find people with proven track records whom you consider to be at least as skilled as you. Finally, many people could do better on their own than by joining a team with an unfavorable distribution of winnings to the players. My suggestion: continue honing your skills, get more experience and the rest will fall into place.
