SOTSOG: Off Topic: New Poker Book

Small Stakes Hold 'em: Winning Big with Expert Play. "The definitive work on how to profit the most from small stakes hold 'em games"

By Ed Miller, David Sklansky, and Mason Malmuth.

    >>>

Don't know if this site will be carrying this book, but I believe it will be available in a month or two at Borders.

If you want to take advantage of the current "Golden Age of Poker", this would be an excellent book to have.

"Winning At Low Limit Hold 'Em" by Lee Jones (which IS available at this site) is still probably the best complete novice beginning text.

We will be carrying the book as soon as is possible, along with a couple of others that I've found to add to our site. Poker books are doing very well right now.

    Thanks,

I will hold off and buy it from you then. Can you let me in on what other titles you are thinking of adding?

All of the Mike Caro products that we used to carry, as well as PokerFarce and PokerTruth and Professional Poker Dealer's Handbook, in addition to Small Stakes Hold'em.

I'm working on a few things right now, but I should have most of these here in a week or so.

    Thanks,

That Small Stakes Hold'em, is not a beginners book. Its designed for someone who all ready knows the game, and plays it somewhat compentently, and is looking to improve.

The Lee Jones book would be the place to start, if your completly new.
