"I purchased a copy of Casino Verite from you, it seems like the program has lots of bugs."

You have my complete and undivided attention!

"Like it tells me the correct play is to stayed [sic] on 11 at times"

I have never seen this. Which doesn't mean it can't have happened. But this kind of wrong advice (Stand on 11 vesrus whatever) is so blatantly wrong as to be noticed by practically every user who ever came across it. At least one person would have reported such an infamy. So are you sure that this is what you saw on screen?

"and the screen often goes blank"

Hmm, I may have an idea about the source of that problem and that would be resources. Your computer running more than one resources-hungry application, causes the screen to blank out. This may or may not be an indication of overall failure of the system. When I had another computer, with smaller memory, I remember that lots of times there was a delay between screens that could last for several seconds. At other times, I had to reboot. Quite annoying.

Although CV products are not as monogamous as, say, PokerWiz, it does tend to get jealous when you have it off with another intense application on the side.

"the indices is off from the book."

This was not a very clear phrase. If you mean that the indices that the computer simulation generates do not agree with the "book" (and what is that book specifically?), the experts suggest to trust the computer simulation. Provided of course that it is a reliable computer simulation. I suggest that you trust the experts on this.

Which means that the indices generated by the likes of SBA and CV are more trustworthy than Hoyle's.

(The above naturally begs a certain question which I will not go into! I'm recuperating from the the flame wars at the poker website.)

PS : Since I'm no computer expert I have to see what Norm Wattenberger has to say about the CV "bugs", if you ever get specific, and Bill Gates about the Microsoft bugs. I hear he is a Blackjack player so maybe he is reading this right now. Hi, Bill.
