methodman: yes, you have to travel
Plying in Nevada is almost getting to the

>That's right that's why many go to Canada.Korea and other out of the way places to play.
Following the masses to Vegas/Reno/Tunica can lead to diaster.

DD': depends what you mean by "work"
It works if your goal, if abused, is to be able to portray yourself as the victim. If by "work" you mean that it assures that you will not be a victim then nothing will give you such an assurance. You just want to make sure that no film can be produced that will allow the casino to argue that security personnel acted responsibly, were defending themselves, etc. You want the film to show a perfect gentleman being dragged away by a bunch of goons.

Knight of Dawn: Prevention
Obviously, it's better to keep things from going to this point in the first place. I'd be interested in knowing the playing habits of the those who got bullied. Knowing how many hours per session, sessions per week, number of casinos played and for how many months the player had been operating would be very useful in helping to avoid this situation in the first place.

We MAY be able to get a little bit of that information, as I am in the process of getting the author of that article to do a chat here on Don's Domain. It hasn't been finalized as of yet, but if you'd like to see Mr. Rod Smith host a chat and be able to answer at least some of the questions this article raised, please let me know so that I can use this interest in my talks with him.
Thanks,
Bettie
