My 1999 Edition also has 218 pages of various gambling related articles and interviews on everything from BJ to Comps to Slot Clubs by respected authors such as Max Rubin, Jeff Compton, Bob Dancer, Dan Paymar, Arnold Snyder and Stanford Wong. I presume the 2003 Edition does also, with perhaps even more added to the treasure trove?
