    Meyer: Camo levels

I've been practicing for months now with reds and am now ready to move to the next level. I am curious about the amount of camo needed at the green level. I've read many of the books, in particular BJA and Ian Anderson, and am wondering if you need the full camo listed in "Burning" at green that he is employing at black. Also, generally speaking, how many players are usually at the $25 min tables? Thanks!

Playing red has definitely been your saving grace if you say you are guilty of almost all of the 21 mistakes a counter makes. Being guilty of one or two is probably no big deal (I'm sure it is a rare counter or even a rare ploppy who is not guilty of one or two of those mistakes), but the more you fit what they're looking for, the worse off you are. As for camo at the green chip level, I still think that using EV-reducing camo is inferior to playing short sessions and not returning to the same casino day after day. Better still than this is identifying particularly weak or extremely apathetic bosses and surveillance personnel (or entire shifts) at various casinos and targetting those casinos at those times. Then the only trick is to not mount a win so big it starts to hurt them.
