Viktor Nacht: Sounds like a bookmark or cache problem
Either you're using a bookmark, or your browser and/or ISP has cached an old version of the site.
In the first case, your bookmark won't work and you'll have to make a new one.
In the second case, try emptying your browser cache, quiting it, and then opening it again. If it's your ISP, time will fix the problem.

Sorry, I'm very computer-ignorant. I don't know what a "bookmark" is.

Again, ignorance is a problem. How do I "empty my browser cache?" I don't even know what it is. :<(

Any guess as to how much time? I haven't had this problem with any other site.
Thanks,

If you're using Internet Exporer, it's also called a "Favorite."
OK, we'll try this one step at a time.
When you try to access Don's Domain, are you clicking on a link in the left frame of RGE21.com, or are you clicking on a Favorite or Bookmark from the top of your browser?
If I've just confused you further, call me at the RGE office at (702) 798-7RGE.

LVBear584: It works now, thanks
I was using the "Favorites" -- today it started working again. But I had to re-enter my user name and password to enter Don's Domain. Maybe when you changed the format, it deleted the "stored" password somehow?
Anyway, it now works just fine.
Thanks for the advice, and best of luck with the site.

Also... if you think that you might be looking at an outdated page you can also try a hard refresh by holding down the shift key at the same time as hitting the refresh button on your browser. This forces the browser to go to the host server to publish the page.
Enjoy!
