Rivaldo: BS and indices for a rider

Does anyone knows if there are indices for a rider when to follow splits?(e.g.3,3 vs 3 or 7,7 vs 2 should one follow the 2nd split or not?)I have not seen any indices like hte IL-18 about these cases. Can anyone help?

Wong's "Basic BJ," pp. 64-68, has information on the rider bet and correct BS for the plays, but I don't know of any printed source of indices.

The commercial simulators probably handle this, however.
