The only thing I find questionable in your list is burning a game through book publication rather than play.
My opinion is that you are taking a rational approach, but that it would not be rational for someone else to assist you in your rational burning out of games.This is no reflection on you. As an AP your job is to exploit your advantages to the hilt, and you are doing that.
I do have a problem with your apparent need to write about your successes after the event. I don't think this really helps anyone win more money from the casinos. I think it is more an ego thing or a desire to be famous - IMO not a helpful trait for an AP.

LOL. That's better than my writing rate of pay. I try to write fiction (never about AP) in my spare time and am getting nowhere fast.
FWIW I think most of us have ego issues. It's one of the tougher elements of being an AP that you have to be seen to be unintelligent, a loser, possibly even a problem or compulsive gambler (hey, depending on your act!), and go without recognition for something you do well.
BJT, you are a very good player, but you have a private problem: you are not rich and not famous! Your BR is 1,500.000 $ ?? That`s about Euros 950,000. Buy a good house and your money is gone. Dentists, Architects, Investmentbankers, Ministers, Casino-Owners, Shoppingcenterowners, Appartementblockowners, Bigstockholders, People in the Oilbusiness, OilArabs and thousand others have much more cash.
Also in the upcoming middle class in your country CHINA, there are thousands of families already being millionaires.
And you are still fighting the casinos to get 20K here and there?
My advice: Play tournament poker. Play the huge tournaments with buy ins of 5,000 and more,WSOP, EPT,(MonteCarlo)Wpt,: it may cost you several 100,000 , but here you have really the chance to at least rich a final table, get good cash and TV attention.
The buy ins, you can finance with the interest rate on your BR.
At least, this will be my plan, beginning in the next month.
Saying that card counters have made accusations to your immense postings and then conceding to this fact actually means you have NOT been accused of anything. In many cases I'm sure you are not the sole reason of casinos changing rules, although you certainly imply this. I have played at several casinos who offered good "special" games and offers that have come to past...was it you,me or sammy who takes credit for the demise? I'm currently playing under very good conditions at a few casinos of choice and certainly not worried about you walking in these places to crash and burn. If I were you I would reserve the bragging rights to someone who cares. Anyway good luck with trying to achieve your crash and burn tactics.

I am not worried that anyone will burn all places. i know a lot, and the scene changes quickly anyway, always open and close casinos.
i personally agree: i win about 200 Euro at the BJ table per hour, and that is the reason why i do not write books!
how i play a game depends on several factors. i may play it slowly to avoid being barred or i may play agressively because the game is at a place where i do not plan to go soon again. but i certainly will not ask other players if they "allow" me to burn the game. if others already discover the place i will surely try to get as much as i can quickly.
BJTr, you are not a criminal. but i am not, too :-). And sometime i even shout out places at a public board, you remember :-). this is when i am not interested in them at all.
