A repost of rick's report from 4/20/04:
i was there for one week whithout any information; there is 15 casinos all small ones but casino royale in maho; in half of the casinos the penetration is bad; do not even count that; in the other half penetration good; the pit look at you like they to do not know what is counting the cards; yes it was 6 decks whit good penetration; after 3 days i have losses in 80 % of my short sessions so i stopped playing and enjoyed the beach; why: i think that in those casinos they quit some 10 and aces and they do not care because they know that even if you count you are disavandatged; look whit hi lo and real good count and one deck penetration i put big bets and cannot see the high cards; three full days is not enough statiscally but i was in doubt so i stopped and accepted the losses; good beach good food; tell me about your experience if you go; if i return it will not be for blackjack; ok do not go to atlantis ,tropicana ,hollywood, princess real bad cuts; good cuts in casino royale dolphins in maho beach also in philippsburgh le rouge et noir and diamond but cannot win; very suspicious; in a.c they shuffle me when they discover my play and put big bets; in vegas they come whit the security and tell me to go another place; give me a feedback; maybe i am too suspicious

was referring to your recent exploits of places you wanted to trade...around that region there some casinos operated by italians..i am sure you know that.. and their management are pretty savvy in terms of countermeasures against card counters ass compared to their counter parts in the same country.
