Posts from the posters that do not have ''bypass moderation'' status (e.g. from Chucky) appear on the board without the NEW label, so it is difficult to see all new posts. This problem persists long time, is it possible to fix it?

This should not be happening. When you first open the message board index in your browser (or refresh the page), all posts made since the last time you viewed the page should carry a "New" tag. This tag persists for a fixed periond of time (roughly half an hour) and then disappears, regardless of whether or not you actually view the message.
I am actually experiencing the opposite problem - some "New" tags are persisting several hours after I have viewed the messages.
At any rate, Viktor is the expert on the WebBBS software that powers this website, so I will ask him to take a look at it.
