oh great news geoff..
i did be interested if you got any friends in some of the few places i have yet to go ..like bolivia, nigeria,angola,san tomie,vanuatu and mongolia..
info on these countries would be much appreciated/(private email preferred of course)..save me the trouble of flying there ..(also tanzania..)..

a.caracas...?? beautiful mountainous town!..very poor shantytown all over ..so from all reports the most dangerous city on earth!!..kidnaps,robberies from maguita airport to city....
b.voluptous women ...5 miss universe from here ... everything so cheapppppp...internet 3600 per hr!!..just make sure you dont chage dollars at the official rate of 1940..blackmarket all over the airport at 2600!!..you will be hard pressedto change a dime in town tho!!
c.or you wanna know where... hurricane IVAN category 5... is blowing now ..it just went passed curacao and aruba ..heading for jamaica ...where i heard there are like tons of casinos and hit west cuba ..where everyone says there is no casinos ....>)..and maybe flattened more than just the 90% of all the homes on grenadines!!(some of the casinos there too!!)
4..and i hope the hurricane did not blow off all the double deck games on palm beach in aruba!!!..just take a bus to go around he town ..its so cheap one 2$ return ...all taxis ..etc are expensive !!internet like 20$ per hour!!..not like 3600 bolivars!!
5. ..and thats venezuelan bolivars ..not AS IN THE COUNTRY BOLIVIA !!..OR MONGOLIAN TUGRICKS!!

OK, heard off my friend and he told me that the casino can have whatever rules they like as the Gaming Commission is, let's say, fairly lax.
Apparently they have 6-decks but some give excellent penetration (less than 1 deck).
Not sure of the exact rules - they may have CSM's on their lower limit tables but not on their higher ones.
There are 2 casinos on Margarita Island and 2 legal casino in Venezeula. there are number of non-legal casinos in Caracus but these tend to be small and badly run.
Sorry if it's limited information but that's all I got.

First of all thanks to Geoff Hall and all who did not post here but e-mailed me.
To chance king, orson and chucky: Why don't you discuss your private things by a private mail or put a new message. Why do you put your private messages as an answer under my post? It is nothing related with my question, if you do not like to answer, do not answer! But do not write useless garbage! It is just a sign of your disrespect. Contrary to popular opinion, I do not delete many posts, and then only for serious breaches of "netiquette" or violations of Parker's Policies.
While posting off-topic and/or carrying on personal conversations in an unrelated thread is certainly rude and inconsiderate, I do not feel this this alone is sufficient reason to delete a post.
