    Ara: CSM question

One question about CSMs: Do they have any delay in their shuffle? Or can a card put back into zhe CSM already appear in the following round?

I know a game with good rules, but CSM. It is a ES game, +0.15% off the top. The cards are put back into the CSM after evrey round. Can I use the count of the cards appearing at least for one round, or is it perfectly uncountable?
    Thanks in advance

Machines differ, but, from what I know about them, there is what is known as a "latency" period, where cards just used will NOT appear in the next round or two.

Unfortunately, I knmow of no way to tell if this is the case or not.

As far as I know pretty much all CSMs have at least one round latency. The usual test is to watch for a round with 3 identical cards e.g. 3 jacks of diamonds. Then watch how many rounds it takes befor eyou see a jack of diamonds etc. Do a dozen or so of these and you will have a pretty good idea of at least one round latency.

Personally, I would still observe and try to find dealer(s) who are lazy and wait one or two rounds before re-inserting. There are usually some because the pit does not like to call the eye when a prior round is diputed. In fact a few enterprising ap's try to create just that situation by querying a round or two.

I'd like to ask 2 questions:
    1. Is any heat at these CSM tables?
    2. Do casinos run any lottery?
    Thanks.

No heat any more. There was heat before the CSM was installed, but now no more.
I don't know about a lottery, I think there is not. Only a slight positive off the top game. But maybe the advantage is too slight.
    Thanks for the answers.
