HR: What is the EV in this strange BJ rules?

I found an interesting game in Europe with the following rules 4D, no insurance, pen is 66%,and the player loses on every tie!!(even with BJ)It seems like a horrible game but there is RS=4,ES,BJpays 2/1,you have BJ even if you split A/A or 10/10,5 cards for the player are paid 3/2 and the most strange rule that you can redouble your bet up to 3 times(only the initial wager)e.g A3vs 6 you double and if you get a 2 you can double again.Do you think that this is a playable game?

Short answer: No. Ties occur approximately 9% of the time. All the rules you mention won't come close to making up for that 9% hurdle. Forget this game.

I am not expert for this game, look in google for a pontoon page. I knoe that there are pages with basic strategy and the off-the-top advantage/disadvantage. I am not as pessimist as Don, but cannot tell you more.

BJTF is an advantage player site based on the principles of comity. That is, civil and considerate behavior for the mutual benefit of all involved. The goal of advantage play is the legal extraction of funds from gaming establishments by gaining a mathematic advantage and developing the skills required to use that advantage. To maximize our success, it is important to understand that we are all on the same side. Personal conflicts simply get in the way of our goals.
