"One of these days in your travels, you are going to come across a guy with a nice brand new deck of cards, and this guy is going to offer to bet you that he can make the Jack of Spades jump out of the deck and squirt cider in your ear. But, son, do not take this bet, for if you do, as sure as you are standing there, you are going to end up with an ear full of cider."
Bear in mind that the THICKNESS of decks of playing cards vary.
This is, for me, worth mentioning, as I have never seen Aussie playing cards.
What is their brand name ? Where are they manufactured ?
Take a brand new deck and make a precise measurement of the height of a stack of 52 cards.
In the USA, many "dollar stores" sell decks from Nevada casinos, where state prison inmates sort and box the cards.
Casinos charge a dollar or two per deck, but many do NOT sell their used cards at all.
The cost, to the casinos, buying huge quantities, custom-made, I understand to be between 65¢ and 85¢ per deck.
As an aside, my understanding has been that there are virtually no opportunities for BJ advantage play down under.
