Players and supporters could use big banks to set up their own casinogiveaway events, definitely not tournament style. Maybe they could play each other AND play the house. The owners could set their rules as fairly as possible and find their own balance of making their money off having a really good, popular game that generates ad/invester revenue, and that money plus their banks probability of growth or decline.
