The latest reports as of the May, 2013 issue for the following cities are:

    Chicago August, 2012
    Detroit November 2012
    Tunica March 2012
    Vicksburg May 2012

Anyone else as unhappy as I am about this?

Yea i have noticed the same thing, but i have only seen 3 issues. It seemed that if it wasnt big casino or near major destination it could go along time without update. Has it always been like that?

I have always been amazed that players will blow the whistle on their home games all for a couple bucks from Wong so he can then turn around and resell at a hefty profit. I think some players just have a need to be associated with the "legend" Wong, so they do foolish things

Wong is now very much like Scoblette and his army of "Dice Controllers".

I think this is going to be a good thread when more information and clarification are rendered. I am aware of the "dice control" promises and the business Scoblette has built. Since the only one here is Tthree who was really into it in a positive way, I am like most, skeptical. I do believe Tthree explained the enormous time he trained and how it is much tougher now with different tables. As a matter off fact Tthree's explanation made more sense than anything I read when searching for scientific proof. He also wasn't looking to "sell" anything.
I believe the "whistle blowers" are reporting on the rules, heat, pen and number of tables for a small fee and Wong sells the information on his monthly report. Some excellent games get published and therefore some times ruined. There is a fine line how much a public paper helps or hinders APs.

This is precisely why I've mentioned in numerous threads that I am a strong advocate of physical scouting. IMHO, nothing beats doing the actual leg-work when scouting for a game or region. You can't assume that published conditions have been updated and/or have remained the same since publication.

In addition to scouting yourself, networking is also important. I suspect laserjet could find out the conditions in those locations by asking around within his network.

I have watched a team swoop in and burn down a candy store, pen going from 90% to 75% almost overnight. I don't begrudge the team member's rights to do their thing, but I sure as hell am not going to help them do it in my back yard.

The information is stale and inaccurate, to say the least. Even the las Vegas ones, some are either not being visited or updated. The m resort? Info on that store has not been accurate for a long time. Total waste of money.

It was good for me to see where all of the games are but the info in it is sometimes accurate and sometimes not. The info that is incorrect seems to be better playing situations than what is in published. I figure that people are protecting their game which I can understand. When I find a good game I am glad that it isn't advertised as such. I bought it once and it was worth the price for a one time purchase but I won't ever buy it again. I scout the games myself and make notes on the one that I bought. I am sure that it has atleast saved me $15 in gas and time.

    Baberuth,

    I vouch for Tthree.

One needs to bear in mind that Tthree is referring to

a time when the Craps tables had far softer surfaces.

Another example of the Vegas reporters not regularly updating, drove by a spot on Cheyenne that is listed as 10 minimum dd, massive sign outside the place saying 5 dollar double deck.
