Casino Verite problem; wonder if anyone knows the answer

When I play Casino Verite for the last 2 weeks, the count always skyrockets. By 2 decks the running count's usually in the +30's. On every single shoe. I had switched from blackjack to spanish 21; and runs drills for spanish 21; and switched back to blackjack; and decided that, at least for my computer, I don't want to switch between those 2 games anymore.
Under biases, by the way, I have click no biases. The box for positive counts or small cards has not been clicked.
It's not all bad news: I'm getting sharper at the huge counts.
    Anyone have experience with this?

Are you using an unbalanced count?

Felt-F. The skyrocketing count only began in the last 2 weeks.

Go to File-Export and send the exported file to [email protected]

I'm poor at computers: I see File; but not Export. Under file: Pause, shuffle, slow last round, show last error, new session, markers, quickstart, backup wizard.

Working on it: I believe I'm supposed to send the file backup.zip : am trying to get it to the email.

Casino Verite says saving to C:\ProgramData\qfit\cvbj\Backup.ZIP. But that's hard to find on the hard drive: I get as far as C:\ProgramData\qfit\cvbj\ but then there are many files, but no Backup.ZIP file. I could drive my computer to someone who knows how to do this: probably just about to anywhere on the East Coast, if that would make it easier.

That fixed it. And was easier than me driving the desktop top up and down the east coast. Good job, Norm! Extremely good job.
