    Index for 13 vs 10, hi-opt ii

I set the range -99 to +99 but it still doesn't show up
Is the index over -99 that i always have to hit that one?

My index is +56 for 12vT and +30 for 13vT.

I am more inclined to believe for 13vs 10 the index looks like + 30.

There is a reason there is no number given for that. If you run the indexes with Norm's CVData and set it to "Beat to Death" and to single deck with deep pen you might finally get an index. For multiple deck no doubt these counts are so infrequent that the standard error for any index chosen would be huge.

    It is more than absurd to believe when 14 vs10, TC is +14 but 13 vs 10, TC is +99. For ace hit 17, it is: 14 vs10, TC+ 13, 13 vs 10 TC+ 20 or 21
