How? Tell us please. Dealing doubles or seconds does it require dealer cooperation? And dealing seconds works for only one hand how does it function for further hands?

Dealing second doesn't only require dealer cooperation, it's DONE by the dealer. A gaffed shoe with a prism gives the opportunity to deliver second any card the dealer choose.

I thought of this but the front of the shoe which is also transparent is so normal and tight knit how does he she slide the second card out, not to mention I cannot see and prism since it is empty without cards

Well... Hard to say if we can't see the shoe but remember that a transparent shoe allows many possibilities.
In doubt, don't play this game. It's not like baccarat couldn't be found anywhere else...

I’d like to make a trip to Cambodia, but I guess they probably do not have many blackjack shoe games.

I was in Cambodia in January as part of a multi-country tour of SE Asia. Visited the Siem Reap area including Ankor Wat and surrounding temples. This was not a casino trip. One downside of this trip is if you're not a hot weather fan, it will be uncomfortable. Every day, it was mid to upper 70s at sunrise and mid 90s by noon (and humid!) And this was in January.

I have a book my BJ library where an ap visited either the Caribbean or South America. He was cheated by the dealer. I’ll have to double check - the texture of face cards vs the texture of non face cards were different. The dealer could easily determine wheather next card was face or not and could easily bypass the face.

Apparently, he could only bypass 1 card so no guarantee of result - however, it’s clear the impact on house edge was enormous.

Blackjack is not very common, many times you have to request for them to open a table.
one casino that I know does have good rules . Es10 but max bet is about $60 however you can play 3 spots.
The game speed is very slow every bet more than one chip high has to be broken down and paid. You can’t place your dbl down or split bet until it’s your turn to act. Surrender has to be done before any player acts on their hand. So if you’re in a spot other than the first spot you have to get the dealer’s attention before seat one acts on their hand.

There are a very large number of cheating techniques in existence. Many are propietary and exclusive-they can sell for tens of thousands of dollars. If it so done professionally you won't ever know how it was done.
