No BUST + card counting ?

Hi everyone,
I’m new to counting, so please bear with me !
Im told that Basic Strategy SUPPOSED to help the players to LOSE the least in the long run.
However we all know that the point the casino only flipped over 1 card instead of both cards is to get the Players to ASSUME that the dealer having (17,18,19,20) so that the players will take a hit whenever they were dealt stiff hands (12,13,14,15,16)
If the players BUST The casino gets an automatic WIN and DID NOT have to risk anything for it.
If the players hit and MADE 17,18,19,20,21 from those stiff hands then the casino still have another chance to draw cards to get a WIN or PUSH
So would anyone with computer or math knowledge PLEASE run sims to see how much disadvantage or advantages to use NO BUST STRATEGY + card counting in comparison to the conventional Basic Strategy + card counting + Illustrious 18 deviations ?
Still double down and split pairs like normally would, however STAND on all 12,13,14,15,16 vs any dealer up card (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,T,A)
6 decks, 75% pen, H17, DAS, No RSA, No Surrender,
Wong in at True 1, 1-12 bet spreads,
playing deviations for NO BUST STRATEGY
Insurance +3
T,T v 5,6 split +6,+5
Double T v A +5
Double 9 v 7 +4
Double 9 v 2. +1
Double 8 v 5. +5
Double 8 v 6. +3

I can only give you one advice: Stop hitting every board with basic questions. Buy a few books, read them and THEN come back to get some explanations or clarifications.
Stanford Wong "Professional Blackjack" is a good start. Then "Blackjack Blueprint" by Rick Blaine or Snyders' "Blackbelt in Blackjack" to get you into the game and finally Don Schlesinger "Blackjack Attack 3" to strengthen all the information together.

You are probably young and used to "click: get the answer"; "click: get the answer"; rinse and repeat. This is not how you will learn Blackjack ! And PLEASE stop losing the hard earn money on roulette...
