    casino heat map

I'm confused on the average edge for the casino heat map. On the average edge tab, Wyoming is .76 and Pennsylvania is .351. Are these percentages? If not, is the closer the number is to a whole number the better the odds?

The closer to zero, better the odds which translates to better rules. To have a shitty .76 house edge in Wyoming means no surrender, h17, likely no resplit aces, restricted doubles - in other words a lousy game, especially if deck penetration is lousy.

.351 in PA is far more desirable and pretty easy to beat, especially with good deck pen.
