Las Vegas Club “Most Liberal 21”

Can someone provide the exact BJ rules and house edge from the Las Vegas Club in the 80s when they advertised "Most Liberal 21 Rules In The World". This was before Barrick Gaming took over and inserted Blackjacks pay even money

With six decks and hit 17, this really wasn't the lowest house edge at the time, but it was the best shoe game downtown. Green chips made them a bit nervous, but unless you were really obvious about counting no one sweated. Their modest sports book had good lines and it was in the day a comfortable little place to play for a couple of hours. Frankly, I preferred it to Circa

Thanks in advance for any replies

For the modern game, I defer to Michael Shackleford: https://wizardofodds.com/ask-the-wiz...special-rules/

For the game from the 80s, I found this text selection on Google Books:

As of the 90s, Las Vegas Club had 6 decks with H17, LS, RA and D3 (Double on first 3 cards) with a bad penetration, something like 2.5 decks cut out.
So, fuck them with their liberal rules ! Has always been a dump, like the one that took its place...Circa.

Agreed. Never believe a casino when they advertise that their rules are "liberal".
