Question Exploring High-Low Card Counting and True Count Conversion Practices

Hello, fellow card counters! What is the industry practice regarding high-low card counting and true count conversion? What practices are used in Don's book, 'The Hi-Lo Card Counting System: A Complete Guide to Index Play' by Don? Flooring? Rounding? Truncation? Statistical rounding? Any insights are greatly appreciated.

A lot of people just use full deck estimation because they play shoe games and it's not going to kill you if you're off by a bit. Most others are using half deck.

If you're going to track, you need to be able to do better deck estimation, but even that has some methods that don't require much better than quarter deck estimation.
