Online Casino Offering 2 Deck Blackjack

I noticed Draftkings is now offering a 2 deck blackjack game and claims the payback to player is 99.79%. I'm puzzled by this because the game rules show surrender but there is none. Most of Draftkings games are either 6 or 8 deck and have payback to player at 99.62%. Can anybody with access to this game figure out if this 99.79% is correct?

One more thing. The min bet for this game is $100 and I don't like to bet that high. My usual bet for a $100,000 play-thru promotion is only $50, and of course they shuffle after each hand.

Finally the good news. I hit a new high for the year yesterday on National Blackjack Day.

On my DK, it says the RTP is 99.84%. This is close to what I get on an online rules calculator on WOO that shows 0.186% house edge...whereas DK is claiming 0.16%.
But perhaps the WOO calculator doesn't take into account composition dependent plays. That's my hunch. DK is including those where 12 v. 4 plays or something within the max value.

Surrender is available in the upper-left corner of the screen. The little flag is kind of in the chip tray on my phone app. I literally didn't see it for several months when I first played. Didn't know it had surrender. LOL.

PA has different rules than other states for live and online. That includes mandatory surrender and also S17 which is possibly why I have slightly better theoretical RTP than you.

Nice find. Could be even better for clearing bonuses...if you can withstand the variance of playing higher than you're used to.

There is no surrender on this game for me. Can't find a button for it so probably RTP of 99.79% is correct in MI
