    Sorry to be late in chiming in on this. I finally found some time to add the BB+1 rule to my software. A simulation of these rules (1 billion hands) yielded a 0.27% house advantage.

    Some assumptions:

    • All busted hands lose the full amount, even when doubled
    • The +1 is taken from the first non-busted hand, except
    • If surrender is taken vs the dealer's 10 (not offered vs Ace), then the hand result stands when the dealer has blackjack (i.e. this hand does not become the +1)

    Thanks a lot for the input Gronbog. Now I am still confused how come both results exposed in this thread up to this moment, are so different from each other. Even if your numbers are almost exactly the ones I already had, still sagefr0g came up with -0,5 or a little less considering the BB+1 rule.

    Anyone think can solve this dilemma?
