If they require ID for purple, don't get purple chips. Don't color up to purples. If you need to bet larger, just do it with black chips. These are smallish Indian casinos, so I'm assuming you're not putting up $2000 bets where betting black is impractical.
If you are betting well into purple territory, then your only option is to try to color down the purples. Maybe they have a high stakes poker game you can jump in for one or two orbits and turn some purples into a rack of greens. Or you can do it on table games, check change a couple purples, play a few rounds at $25, and then leave. There's a slight risk that may get you heated up on suspicion of counterfeiting.
If they require ID for cashouts above X, cashout less than that.
