    Backed off..FOR NO REASON!

I am a self admitted terrible blackjack player. I play 3-4 times a year and if I win anything I am happy. I am coming here to ask your opinion about what happened tonight.

A couple of my friends wanted to make some Super Bowl bets so I went with them. I played some blackjack for about an hour and I was up $200. I don't have the money to make big bets, I am broke af honestly so I am feeling good...I get approached at the table by this "security" guy and they tell me that I can play any other game than blackjack.

I am totally confused at this point, when another manager comes up and starts asking for my ID and trying to act intimdating.I am not giving them my ID (I did already when I entered the casino)so I said I am leaving. I took my chips and left and plan to cash them in tomorrow. I asked my friend who used to work there and he claims they thought I was "counting cards" and I got "backed off"

I have no idea how to count cards much less even know what it is! In your opinion should I complain tomorrow to someone or just cash my chips in and forget about it? The entire situation was so strange, I don't know what to think.

Forget about it. Casino management typically have below average intelligence and don't understand the games they offer.

Since you are a self-admitted bad player, forget about it. They actually did you a favor, as you're likely to lose money if and when you play again.

The casino has hurt its bottom line by banning you, a player who would likely have lost money to them. It has punished itself for its own stupidity. Cash our your chips and be glad justice has been served.

You were playing low stakes - you are a self admitted bad player.
My take is that you were playing a low class shithole. Don't worry about it.

I am curious what your bets were? How much and how wide of a spread?

I've seen terrible players making horrible plays in which they're lucky enough to win. Afterwards, I've observed the dealer whispering to the pit boss: "This guy must be employing some advanced system."

    Sincerely,
    Cac
