Got the same offer today. Basic strategy once you have the ace of spades would change depending on the size of your bet. The minimum bet on my offer was $5, so you would double less often if your hand contains the ace of spades because you can get the same payout just by winning your hand. This would be less of a factor as your bet increases. It's also not clear if you get the bonus on each hand after splitting. If so, splitting two aces of spades would become more valuable!
Too bad you have to bet so small to get the maximum benefit.
Thanks Don and Gronbog. This is how I did. I played 30 hands of live dealer blackjack. Out of the 30 hands I only had the ace of spades twice, and I didn't win either hand. One of those hands was actually a blackjack and the dealer had a blackjack also so it was a push.

Assuming 6/8, flat betting, playing basic strategy, any card in the hand, 100 hands/hour:
Including split hands:
Freq: 5.12%
Gain: 25.8 cents per round ($25.84/hour)
SCORE 1,672
Excluding split hands:
Freq: 4.75%
Gain: 23.7 cents per round ($23.72/hour)
SCORE is about 1,391
Am I missing something in the rules? Of course online, live dealer not likely to hit 100 rounds/hr.
