Well, TTv4 is within the same category as TTv5 and TTv6. If one opts for the I18 or C22, these latter plays would also attract attention. On the other hand, America is not just North America. There is also Central and South America.
Of course, there are still people who use the Sweet 16 out of fear of being detected when splitting tens. That said, the idea behind the I18, C22, or R22 is to choose the set of plays that produces the highest SCORE.
10vT is still inferior to TTv4 even when using the RA index (+7).
