    Can you explain at a true count of 10 I get a 15 and a 16 dealt?

    It's just a matter of probabilities. There is always a certain amount of small cards left in the deck at any count.
    Now, what do you get if you don't get the desired TT or BJ?
    If there's a low density of 789s (cards not counted with HiLo), you are more likely to get stiffed with T2 to T6.
    With a high density of 789s, then you'll get fewer stiffs in the favor of T7, T8, T9.
