I thought I did read it correctly the following is what you said......How ? Ain't that what a CSM does ? If the cards a put back into the machine every hand, you never get a positive playable TC ..
The popular One2Six CSM has lags. An input buffer, an output buffer that (at least in its initial programming) that was less likely to include recently dealt cards. An actual reshuffle after every round would take too much time.
As for decrease in splits, I was talking about the hypothetical concept of ordering cards in a manner to avoid high or low counts. Neither an actual casino CSM or ASM is altered in this manner.
