    First, I'm not sure that's true. I think if you willingly hand your id they can do whatever with it. Idk tho, but secondly, the casinos are fine breaking the law. they dont give a shit, and neither do the governing bodies that are supposed to uphold the law. What is legal and what is not seems to have no effect at all in this racket. At least they're not breaking bones in the backroom anymore
