    Casinos refusing to cash

I look young, and always get asked for ID. I've now had 2 casinos refuse to cash me out without ID. One in washington, they gave me my chips back, but refuse to cash them. I'm currently just sitting on the chips. Another casino in Reno NV refused to give me the chips back. They gave me a receipt and told me to come back with ID. I called the Nevada gaming commission and they don't give a shit at all, so am I just fucked? For the casino in washington I could have a friend cash them and provide ID, but I certainly can't do that in Reno.

What is going to happen to you if you show ID? You were backoffed before and am now trespassing? Or what?

Presumably you are travelling to these places and staying in the area for a few days. Just walk out of the casino with your chips at the end of your session and come back on another day or shift to cash them with ID.

No, nothing like that. I made the mistake of cashing immediately after playing because the game wasn't as good as though so I just wanted to leave and not come back. As far as I'm aware showing my ID would just involve the security guy that watched me play for an hour checking my age

I've been doing that and had no other problems in reno. I made the mistake of cashing right after playing but I don't think I had much heat.
Every other casino in this town has cashed me no problem, I just came back another day, walked right up to the cage and left instantly. But boomtown gave me shit. I imagine that they would've given me shit if I had come back on a different shift too.

What about the casino in washington? They are on CBJN with the note "Has been refusing to cash without pit approval" and when I brough 2k to the cage the lady just instantly pushed it back and told me to come back with ID. Obviously I could have my friend cash them for me, but is that really the game now? Just getting bullied around? Honestly I'm not even sure if they did anything wrong at this point. The gaming commission just doesn't give a shit about this stuff. The gaming commission in nevada literally told me "The chips [my chips] are casino property so if they dont want to give it back the dont have to".

They don't like cashing out $2000 without an ID. It's not right, gaming shouldn't allow it, but it is what it is. Your options are to hand over the ID, or break up the cashouts into smaller amounts that they won't sweat.

I've seen a recommendation from a well respected AP to limit cash outs to 1,800 to avoid ID request and chip confiscation. The context of the recommendation was for the Las Vegas area. For more remote areas with lower levels of action the number is likely lower.

I had a ID request recently with $1200 at a remote tribal joint. It took 20 minutes for an approval from a manager to get the cash without an ID. I tried to get the chips back after 5 minutes, with no success. I may have been on their radar, but had only played for an hour.

He gave contradictory statements. In OP he says he look young now this, meaning he does not want to provide because he is underaged

Wrong. He is concerned about being put into a database and him looking young is giving the casinos justification for not cashing without ID when all they really want is to get his name.
