Keeping bulk of chips into my pocket - will that be causing SAR?

I am quite befuddled leaving with a sum of chips "might" cause SAR.
I am not quite confident about this, is it true or not?
Also, if there is a condition that triggers me to cash in or cash out over $10000 and give my id to Casinos, and after I get backed off, am I not qualified to play blackjack from the casinos I got backed off anymore?

Are you talking about rat holing? If you are then the answer is no. SARCs are for players trying to circumvent T31 - which is not advisable.

It's not the chips you keep, it's how you cash them out. If you have $11,000 in chips and cash out $9900 you are asking for problems.

    Applying Some Common Sense

You walk into a casino with 5g cash.
You win so now you have 4g cash and 2g in chips.
    You leave without cashing out.

In fact you have not realized the win until you exchange those chips for cash!
Dare I say you have lost!

You want to buy in small while playing so you keep possession of your cash.

I've never had problems with bringing chips to the casino and leaving with them. Not usually $10k, though.
