I was counting in an Indian casino in Washington. After about an hour of counting their double deck, not even any crazy high counts I think it got up to +2 or +2.5, they backed me off. The guy backing me off called me by my full legal name.

In Washington all the big Indian casinos ask for ID at the door. According to the law, they're not allowed to use that information. They're only allowed to check your ID against a database of trespassed players AT THE TIME OF SCANNING. They're not allowed to keep that data. But, they're a bunch of fucking scumbags that run these things, especially the Indian ones.
What now? Am I fucked? Assuming that all the casinos are going to break the law, how can I count them if they ID at the door? I rented a car this week so I could just park in their lot, but is that even worth it? Why go through so much to hide my license plate if they're just gonna fucking scrape the ID at the door database.

Anyone ever look into fake ID's at an Indian casino? All these slimy bastards have an Indian police force on property that have the same rights and power as a real police officer. If you use a fake, and they find out while you're on property you're pretty good and fucked. Anyone have experience with that?

There are fake IDs that aren't illegal. Any fake gov't ID such as a DL is illegal. However, there are passports from countries that don't exist (but sound legit) or no longer exist that aren't technically illegal, as they are novelty IDs. Personally, I've never used one, but I know some who have used them successfully. They are often made in China. You need to be VERY careful with whom you buy from, as probably 95% are scams that just take your money. Sorry, but I can't help you with specific info.

If you do succeed in obtaining one, take a break from the local casinos for a bit and maybe change your appearance (facial hair, etc.)
