    Litigation in Nevada.

    Has anyone tried to win a lawsuit against a casino in Las Vegas for an illegal prohibition of the thought process - card counting? The history of Atlantic City is familiar to me ..

    Why in Atlantic City they managed to win the court and defeat the system, and in Nevada there is still a flagrant violation of human rights - a ban on the thought process - card counting. And this is supposedly in the most democratic country in the world - USA.

    Lucky for us... You don't need to go to Vegas anymore to play blackjack. With over a 1,000 casinos in the lower 48 states you can simply play blackjack. Go back 30 years ago and you could only find casinos in very limited locations. Now, American's view casinos just like any other industry and the vast majority see no morale issues with going to a casino. If you don't like the heat in Vegas go to Chicago or gulf coast, florida, Chicago just about anywhere and you can find a table game.
