    Quietest Highways in USA

    Ah US 45, my favorite route to leave the U.P. when heading out on a casino trip. Come the end of October after all the tourists are gone you can look two miles ahead and behind you and see no traffic at all. However, its not too much fun in the winter when the only thing you might see is a snow plow. Check out the map.

    Still haven't left the U.P. in 2023. In fact, the farthest I've been from home this year was only 100 miles.

    I saw a show on TV that called US50 in Nevada the loneliest road in America.

    On the subject of travel, I'm leaving for Europe later today (no casino play).
