    New Record for Me

Just played 20 hands of Spanish 21 in a row without winning a single one.

In an ace rich environment like sp 21, the correct play is double your hard 20

There was a flawed side bet a number of years ago where I hit my 5+ card hard 20 regularly. Made six figures before they shut it down.

Here is the rest of the story!

I had some time to kill, but didn't have any promotions to play. I decided I would just play small bets and win a $100 and then quit. In almost every session I play, at some point I'm up by at least a $100.

Well, I lost the first two bets I made which happens all the time but then continued to lose the next four bets also. It was at this point I decided to raise my bet a little. Damn, lost that bet too. Okay, time to double up. I didn't raise my bet after this, but would go on and either lose or push the next 13 hands in a row. I believe there was also one surrender with a 17 against an Ace. Anyway, what was supposed to be a quick $100 win turned into a $600 loss in just 2 or 3 minutes.

When I finally won a hand I quit that game and played regular blackjack. I would eventually win back everything I lost in those 2 or 3 minutes.

This is why we don't do the Martingale progressive betting.

Starting with just a $5 bet, if there was no Maximum limitation, you'd be out over Five million dollars (--$5,242,875.00).

Stay away from Tower 3 in Dubai.

Sounds like you have a gambling problem. Maybe you should leave your house some time...
