    Profit vs Time

    I don't post much so don't criticize to much.........LOL

I was playing blackjack until I would either win or lose a specific amount. I understand and use card counting and true count. I watch a gentleman on youtube who claims to be legit say blackjack doesn't care about the short term win/loss, it is about EV over time.

That being said, is it better to play for a certain amount of time (2 hrs/session) or play until certain win/loss occurs

This question probably needs more variables added, if you need more ask............ I will add.

    Thank you. Troy

Time doesn't matter. It's just one long session. There are reasons you might want to stop based on win or loss (heat, CTR, etc.), but it doesn't affect your long run EV. The cards have no memory of what happened last session.
