I went to a new casino. I got a players card to take advantage of a nice promotion. I didn’t play much, but my last shoe I spread 1 to 10 units, won 40 units, cashed out, meandered around the casino for another hour (not playing) and went home.

Will I be backed off the next time I show up? My play was at the green chip level.

You must have patronized a casino about 100 miles away from Springfield. They will not back off you until you won 10 times in a row.

A shithole can back you off on the most minor of spreads and you can spread to good amounts without significant heat - simply depends on the store coupled with the potential robotics of your play. 40 units at green chip only amounts to 1k win. That’s within tolerance for lots of joints. There’s only 1 way to find out.

Last week, I played a min $50 to $600, played 2-1.5 hour sessions separated by a nap break. Made 6k, the majority which came off 1 shoe with 2 high value I18 index plays. There will be no issues upon my return. I haven’t yet hit threshold for cumulative nor have I displayed the spreads that make them go ape shit. Coupled with low cost strategic errors and non threatening (appearance of) nuanced plays (inconsistent spreads influenced by QTC) , I expect to play there for some time.

One shoe doesn't give them enough info, statistically, to evaluate your play. Stupid management backs off anyone who varies their bet.
