Give him his own forum. I hear ******* is available... Otherwise, do what I do - ignore his rambling nonsense.

You are being extremely rude again. I was just asking for feedback, and you decided to insult me. You really need to apologize.

The first step is to develop a winning system.

The second step is to successfully implement the winning system in the casino.

Implementation of 7m9c with HL is where feedback comes into play where tips can be shared (which is what this website is supposed to be all about) that might help others from their experience in actually using 7m9c with HL. I was thinking of using a combination of fingers and chips to keep 7m9c but I will not even go into that after being insulted.

You compared feedback that I asked for on 7m9c with HL with asking for feedback on the Martingale? That does not even make any sense. The Martingale is a losing system, does not work and will never draw any casino attention. There is nothing to hide with the Martingale. The casinos will let you do what you want if you play the Martingale. There is no analogy to the Martingale and the 7m9c with the HL.

Again you CANNOT and SHOULDN'T ask for feedback on a playing/betting strategy because that feedback is based on empirical evidence at the table. In fact, promoters of winning strategies use their own feedback to push voodoo systems.

That's not the right way to evaluate the merit of the strategy, the only way is to run a simulation and check the results.

So please stop asking about feedback, because i could tell you my uncle gave me his feedback once about a winning Martingale strategy and how he crushed the casino the one night

I, Norm, and many others gave you our feedback numerous times. Speaking for myself, my feedback is your overly verbose posts are nonsense and aren't worth the time of day. That's my feedback. If you don't like it, too bad.

Apparently you have trouble reading or comprehending simple statements.

I said there were two steps in developing a winning system.

The first step is to develop the winning system is what you are referring to with simulations. Simulations were done by Gronbog on HL with 7m9c and it is a winning system gaining over 50% of the gain over HL you would get if you used HO2 w ASC. So there is no question about HL w 7m9c being a winning system. I was not asking for feedback to "prove" that HL with 7m9c was a winning system.

The second step is about how to actually implement the system in the casino.

Successful implementation of the system and any pointers on how best to use the system is what I wanted feedback for.

For example, I asked if they used chips for 7m9c or kept 7m9c in their head. If they used chips did the casino notice them using chips for possibly counting. Any other pointers that they would have to make keeping 7m9c easier. That is what I wanted feedback for.

Another example is that I thought of a third way to keep 7m9c and that is using a mixture of chips and fingers using one chip to represent "5" units of 7m9c and fingers for the balance so 7m9c chips stack is hardly ever updated so as to totally avoid being detected by the casino.

That is fine. You have your opinion and a closed mind and I am not going to change your opinion.

But I will state that my posts were not nonsense. HL w 7m9c was proven through Gronbog's sims and if you don't like that, too bad.

Be aware that the term "closed mind" is extremely commonly used by snake oil salesmen of all kinds. I am not calling you such. I am merely stating how absurd is this appellation and how it makes you look.

In any case, that's not the problem. The problem, as you have been told many times, is that you have been repeating the same posts for ages in far more words than are necessary.

Thanks for your feedback and I will refrain from negative comments in the future and also try not to repeat myself so much. But users also need to refrain from insulting me - it works both ways.

You can be nice with comments like you were in your reply above without insulting and get the same and better results without being rude. Thanks for being nice. Common courtesy is greatly appreciated.

I presented how to use HL w 7m9c with proof that it does increase EV, reduces risk and gives some cover plays as well which could potentially mislead the casino who is probably using HL to track your play and lead to increased longevity in casino. Increased longevity is just as important as a more powerful system and HL with 7m9c gives both.

I was just asking for feedback on HL w 7m9c from any users who may have or will use it in the casino. I wanted to know if they were able to apply the 7m9c successfully in the casino and if they had any pointers or hints that would help with keeping 7m9c and any type of casino reactions that they may have had. Such feedback could potentially be helpful to your readers.

I gave my pointers on how to simplify keeping the 7m9c but maybe others have pointers also. Also, I gave two You Tube video links where two decks are counted to the last card so your readers could practice the 7m9c with the HL (if they want to use chips for 7m9c they could get poker chips to keep 7m9c side count with these videos) and see that they kept both the HL and 7m9c correctly by verifying HL = 0 and 7m9c = 0 at the end of the two decks.

So I presented a winnable system with a simple adjustment to the HL with my pointers on how to use 7m9c but others may also have their own pointers which is, again, what I was asking for when I said “feedback”.

The 7m9c is the simplest side count I could think of to add to HL and that is what blackjack forum readers wanted - something very simple. I listened to what blackjack forum readers wanted and I delivered results. 7m9c is a very simple side count with just top 6 deviations (compared to the 18 deviations needed for the Illustrious 18) and it gives excellent results.

Besides any pointers from users I would also be interested, as I pointed in my first post on HL w 7m9c, what the SCORE is for HL with no indices, that is, HL used just for betting and so basic strategy is used for all plays – no playing strategy variations. And that is where I could use your help.

The SCORE varies by number of decks, penetration, rules, bet spread and may other variables. So what I was interested in was the SCORE of HL with no indices for six decks, five decks dealt, late surrender, back counted, 1 to 8 bet spread.

So here is what I would like added to the SCOREs I already have

Gronbog had done sims on HL with 7m9c
Six deck, five decks dealt, Late Surrender, back counted, 1-8 spread as follows:

HiLo no indices………………?????....<<<=== see if you could get this SCORE
    HiLo Full Indices ...........88.18
    HiLo+7m9c-b-p top 6.....95.66
    HiOpt II + ASC.............102.08

    HiLo+7m9c-b-p top 6.....means 7m9c was used for b = betting and p = playing top 6.

I would like this SCORE of HL with no indices so I have another yardstick to compare HL w 7m9c to. Currently I only have HL full indices and HO2 w ASC to compare it to so I was able to say that HL with 7m9c gives over 50% of the gain of HO2 w ASC over HL with full indices.

What I am interested in is comparing the increase in the SCORE of HL w 7m9c to HL with full indices compared to the increase in the SCORE of HL with full indices to HL with no indices.

If the increase in the HL with full indices using HL with 7m9c was, for example, equal to the increase in the HL with full indices over HL with no indices then you could say that adding 7m9c to the HL is just as important as adding indices to the HL to vary from basic strategy. That is something that everyone can easily relate to and that is what I would like to know. It is another useful as a gauge to help evaluate how valuable keeping 7m9c with HL really is. So if you can get this SCORE I would appreciate it.

You just did it again. Far too many words repeating what you have been saying for ages. No one is going to read this.

While I don't know bjanalyst at all, I think I'm not going out on too much of a limb to say the he/she is clearly obsessive-compulsive, always has to have the last word, and never says anything in 10 words when 500 will do! There is no way to "prevail" with a person like this, because his/her mind doesn't work like that of a normal person, so normal arguments or rejoinders simply don't work. And since he/she is either unwilling, or more likely, incapable, of changing (imagine that he/she makes a post with only four lines, like this one!), I see no other tactic for us as a group except to ignore him/her.

I don't want to get in the personal stuff but I have a question that maybe Gronbog, Norm, Don or Analyst can answer. Clearly, Analyst has a Score that outperforms Hilo and Hilo out performs Silver Fox which also counts 7s and 9s. Analyst uses 7s and 9s in a more specific way than Silver Fox. So why and how does Analyst's system surpass Silver Fox? Gronbog did the sim so his input would be very valuable.
