How were you trespassed without providing ID, and signing the acknowledgment to being 86’d to that property & all sister properties? I’ve seen scenarios where people get trespassed based on being unknown player xxx, however, this doesn’t sound like an 86.

It sounds like you were just backed off, and in that case cash your chips on another shift, or have a partner cash them.
I've been tresspassed twice in Nevada casinos for card counting. One of them was super nasty.I also got threatened with a tresspass at a third place. This all happened in the same weekend at unaffiliated properties but I don't think it was a coincidence.I have been backed off probably 15-20 times in Vegas besides this weekend but the word tresspass was never mentioned.

The nasty place was the first one and he really had it out for me.They refused to cash my chips (about 2000) when I wouldn't show my id and threatened to call the cops and I told him please do.The guy was super nasty when I refused and told me I had to show it.I informed him I had bought in 3 or 4 times, played for an hour and even got 2 beers and not once did anyone ask for Id.He then insulted my intelligence by saying he had to make sure I'm 21 when I'm nearly 40.

I was actually curious what the cops would say but after 15 minutes he told me he was going to cash out my chips and read me the tresspass statute off of some card when he tresspassed me.I said oh I guess you didn't call the cops he said yes I did I said oh maybe they crashed their car because they were laughing so hard when they got the call.

I really should have just left when they hassled me and came back to cash my chips but this had never happened before and this casino was out of the way.The entire time we were "waiting for the cops" they had some giant security guard next to me who didjt say a word even when I tried to make small talk.Afrer I finally got my chips he asked where I parked and told surveillance we were heading to that parking lot.I thought he would follow me to the car but once we got outside he went back in.

The second place came to the table with 3 security guards said they were going to tresspass me and asked if I wanted to show my id and of course I said no.They read me the Nevada statute off of some card I cashed my chips and went on my way. They weren't unprofessional or nasty in any way.

I actually played at the first place 4-5 times when masks were required without issue. The game isn't as good as it was precovid but me going there was about hatred and revenge for how I was treated the first time. I never went back to the second place that tresspassed me

Vegas casinos are quite good at sharing information with each other. The fact that you stayed for sometime after you knew they were trespassing/backing you off probably means they got decent pictures of you. Might explain why the other properties cold identify you easily.
It's been better in the covid and post-covid times where you can wear masks and basically cover most of your face.

Do they also have audio recording capabilities? If no trespass card was shown or anything signed surveillance footage will not be conclusive.
