Hello all,
I've noticed that the couple of online, live-dealer casinos that I have seen use a different blackjack pick-up procedure than 'brick and mortar' casinos. Instead of putting players' busted hands immediately in the discard tray at the time the player busts, the dealer waits until the entire round is over and scoops up all of the cards at the same time after payments are settled.
1) Does anyone know why this procedure is used for online casinos?
2) Does anyone know of any online casinos that offer live dealer blackjack that use the 'traditional' pick-up procedure (busted hands are individually and immediately scooped up and placed in the discard rack at the time of busting) that brick and mortar casinos use?
Thanks in advance for any answers to the above two questions!
