I updated to the recent version...still happens before and after update.

Well, that shouldn't happen. Go to Files-Backup, create a backup file and email to [email protected]. Explain the steps that create this.

Yes, the charting software can't handle tens of thousands of data points. CVData handles this by grouping large numbers of hands into fewer points. A few things you can try.
1. Go to History-Maintain Logs. You have one huge trip. Click on Trip 6 and hit Delete.
2. The Charts and Playing Logs functions allow selection of data by Session, Trip, User or All. You currently have Current User which is everything. You can't go into Charts and change this as it locks up. You CAN go into the Playing Logs function and change it to current Trip or Session, This will also change it in Charts and allow you back in.
3. You can create a custom selection of data from Maintain Logs and enter Charts from there.
