Playing CVBJ on Hi lo setting. The index number for 12 vs 4 is 0. So at zero TC to negative you are supposed to hit, right? I just hit and it told me it was an incorrect play. Had the same thing happen with 12 vs 6 @ -3. Any help? Thx
For doubling, double down at and above the index. Simply hit if below the index.
For hit/stand decisions, hit below the index, stand at and above the index.
So, index of zero is a piece of cake, if you're flooring true counts. Any positive RC is "stay". Any negative RC will be floored to a negative TC, and you'll hit.
If you're quite new and the logic is confusing to you, just remember for these situations, "hit below the index." A bit of practice and you won't have to think about which decision makes sense.
"I did it for me..... I liked it. I was good at it...and I was...really...I was alive..."
If you look at the bottom left of the charts/tables, it tells you specifically what to do, if the TC is less than, greater than or equal to, etc. That was likely your issue.
